Students must vote!!...
Students must vote during 'student election' because it is important for us as a students to choose who is the right person in capable of being a leader for all of us. We also must choose a leader that is can hear our calling and can work together to bring changes in this campus.
What i would hope that someday we must have our own party like other university so that the campus election would be more happening and could bring more competition compared to individual candidates as practised by our University election.
Finally if a students want to become a more freedom in practicing democracy they must vote to avoid the leadership fall into someone or an organization that inhibit their activities in their campus.
Maulid and Birthdays...
As we all know on 15th of february all muslims are celebrating Maulid. Maulid or in malays " maulidurrasul is the day that our beloved prophet Mohamad Rasulullah was born by according to "islamic Hijra calendar" which is on the 12 Rabiulawal. As for us know we are only celebrating it with a holidays. This celebration also would remind me back in my hometown, every year my family celebrating Maulid Rasul by having a moderate but unforgettable occasion. Many family as far as from Indonesia (some are specially invited) has come every year to perform 'salawat' to the prophet Rasulullah, And especially to the Almighty Allah. But, this year i had miss it due to im here in Mallaca persuing my studies.
The next days is my birthdays which fall on 16 February every year. This year i got a watch as a present, thank you to the one who gave me the present. I also had recieve numerous birthday wishes from my friends and family via facebook and phones. Thank you and i really appreciate all the wishes...
Are Great Leaders Born or Made?
Most of the people in the world believe that leaders are born with the necessary qualities that make them successful as a leader. Some of them also believe that leadership, like many other similar characteristics, can be learned and developed through life. For me, I think much of the debate depends on how we define leadership.
Let assume leadership means having an ability and desire to inspire and influence others. Based on that definition, I can certainly see the argument that leaders are born with leading qualities when I see my friend using his inherent ability to influence his little brother to do the things she wants them to do.
If leadership means being courageous and willing to speak out for the betterment of those around us, I would think that leaders do not have to be born as such. I have seen people who consider themselves introverts and overall followers become successful leaders when faced with an issue they are passionate about.
If we define leadership as having atypical intelligence, creativity or drive, then I am back to believing that it is a trait we are born with, although we may or may not continue to develop that trait through our life.
Aside from having a passion that translates into action, there are several ways we can develop our own leadership skills. First, work on improving our communication ability, especially our ability to listen to others. We must willing to take risks. Network and look for ways to expand our contacts. Focus on working and living with integrity and respect for others. Encourage those around you to find their own leadership qualities. Be confident in ourselves and our abilities. Know our strengths and be ready to ask for support in areas where we are lacking. Create a vision and share our vision to inspire others. Think positively and commit to reaching our goals.

Birth Order Trait
First-born children desire control and they will typically become a compliant nurturer or a more aggressive mover and shaker. Either way parents need to remember not to demand too much of their oldest child. Make sure the child knows their parents’ expectations, because they are constantly trying to seek parental approval. I know well about the first as I am the eldest one in my siblings.
The middle child will demonstrate the greatest variety of character traits, but they will usually be opposite of their older sibling. They will try to be unique, so help them recognize their own talents. Do not compare the middle-child to their older sibling. Middle children often feel stuck in the middle so take time to listen. I find sometimes that my middle daughter gets the least attention. She is not involved in as many things as her brother and definitely doesn't demand attention like her little sister, so I have to take the time to recognize her.
Youngest children are usually very different from their older siblings. They tend to be more social and funny. They do not have as much responsibility and are more carefree. They are also often driven to catch up with their older siblings and follow in their footsteps. It is important that parents still enforce the rules when their youngest comes along. It is easy to just let things slide, but once it starts it is hard to stop. Parents often baby their youngest child because they are the last one. But it is important to teach responsibility, we do not want our youngest child feeling like they cannot or not knowing how to do anything for himself.
Only children have traits similar to oldest children but usually to a greater degree. Only children need to be given plenty of opportunities to socialize with children their own age. Although only children are often mature beyond their age do not burden the child with adult information, remember they are still a child. As with first-born children do not expect too much. Only children tend to push themselves demanding self-perfection.
With each child come different challenges and issues that a parent must face. Being aware of birth order characteristics may help us understand the child better and recognize why they possess some of the character traits that they exhibit.

IF I COULD RULE THE WORLD!!!..
If I could rule the world, the first thing I want to do is to unite all muslims in this whole wide world. What I am going to do then? I want all muslims to be respected and be fierce among all the race in this whole wide world.
Then what will I do? I will assemble an army who are willing to fight in the name of god to fight any terror against all muslims in this whole wide world. If succeed, I will retain peace of humanity, intelect and live peacefully among other religious or race that wasn’t involve in the muslim conflict.
Well then make a call. In the last hundreds of years, we can only watch many muslims are tortured like animals, look at Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, and in many more places across the region only muslims are tortured, murdered, a mother lost their son, a son lost his parents, what can we do? Just look or to satisfied ourself just give money as donations. Is that all…
Maybe some said that we can fight fire with water and use diplomacy perhaps. But, did Israel use diplomacy when they occupy and tortured Palestine citizen. If a muslims strike they will call it terrorism, why not the world call Israel a terrorist when they throw a Palestine from their house, from their motherland. That is the world double-standard for muslims.

A night with my beloved biosystem friends
One day, I planned to have a sleep at my friends’ rent house. After fluid mechanics lecture at night, I ride my motorcycle to their house. Although the road I took to their house is very dark, I just went through it. In my mind, I kept thought about ghost and anything that might me fear. When a looked around, I frightened especially when I went through a road that has a graveyard besides the road at Dol Said Mosque. So, I just tried to think positive and thought that Allah is more powerful than other things that might be appeared.
When I arrived at their house, some of them ate food and others studied. After that, I just joined the study group and kept discussion with them. We studied fluid mechanics as we for the first had fun with the fluid mechanics lecture that taught by Miss Yushazaziah. We discussed the problem in the fluid mechanics until 3 a.m. Wow!!!! What a long discussion. Although this time is for us to sleep, we decided to have supper outside. Supper??? Hahahaha. What a disgusting thing ? We took a car and when to a store at Tampin. Then we a supper with delicious mee goreng ayam and marvelous roti canai.
At 4.30 a.m, we are very sleepy as we wanted to go home. When we arrived at home, everyone went to their rooms and slept. As a result, what will happen in the morning??? Most of us are very sleepy went we have InnoBio talk in the next day.hmmmmmmm for me, I have a good ime with them as I spent a night with them.
Do you think that we should give monetary incentive to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?
All the things in the world have their own good thing and bad thing. This motion is very interesting for us as students especially for UniKL MICET. From my opinion, this motion is very good as this problem usually happen in our environment in our campus. For me, we should give monetary incentive to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades because there is more good impact than bad impacts from this situation. KP2 students is the students who got two times results below than CGPA 2.00.
My first point is we can help them to concentrate to their studies. Mostly, these KP2 students will not received anymore MARA loan. As a result, this situation makes them more pressure to continue their studies in their universities. So they cannot concentrate to their studies as they have big problems in their minds. They always think about money for their studies. So, when we give the incentives they can concentrate more to their studies. As a result they can score with flying colour in the next semester.
My second point is we can encourage them to study harder than usual. This situation is about student’s psychology. As a person when he gets a present, he becomes happy as his moral value increases . This situation is very important as the KP2 students need moral support for them to score their CGPA. So when they got monetary incentive, they will be motivated to study harder and smart as a result to score their CGPA.
